Electrical Works

1.1 Distribution Board

• Supply and installation of main distribution board (DB).
• Provision of circuit breakers, RCDs, and surge protection as per AS/NZS 3000.
• Labelling and identification of all circuits.

1.2 Lighting & Lighting Control

• Supply and installation of energy-efficient LED lighting.
• Lighting control via wall switches and occupancy sensors.
• Emergency and exit lighting in compliance with regulations.

1.3 Power Circuits

• General power outlets (GPOs) throughout classrooms, admin, and staff areas.
• Dedicated circuits for high-load equipment (kitchen, IT racks, cleaners’ outlets).
• Compliance with separation requirements between power and ELV services.

2. Communications & Data

2.1 Structured Cabling

• Supply and installation of CAT 6A cabling system.
• Data outlets to classrooms, administration areas, and communications rack.
• Patch panels, cable management, and testing.

3. Security Systems

3.1 Access Control

• Inner Range electronic access control system with card/fob readers.
• Secure entry to staff-only areas and external gates/doors.
• Integration with intercom and CCTV.

3.2 CCTV

• IP CCTV system with fixed dome cameras.
• Coverage for external perimeters, entries, hallways, and key internal areas.
• Network video recorder (NVR) with remote access capability.

3.3 Intercom

• Audio/video intercom system for secure entry points.
• Connection to administration/reception desk.
• Integration with access control system for door release.
